Welcome to Finding Jillian Travel. These Terms of Service govern your use of our travel booking and advisory services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Booking and Payments –
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our suppliers.
- Prices quoted are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposited.
- Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.
- We accept payment by credit card issued in the traveler’s name. By submitting your payment and receiving deposit confirmation, you authorize payment.
- All payments are made directly to the supplier on behalf of the traveler.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are communicated at the time of booking. Changes to bookings may incur fees, subject to supplier policies.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary passports, visas, and health documents for your travel. We are not liable for any issues arising from the lack of valid travel documents. While we make every effort and exercise due care and attention to detail, it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all documents contain accurate traveler information, including legal names, spellings, travel dates, and other relevant details.
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. While I am authorized to offer (and recommend) travel insurance, I am not a licensed insurance agent and therefore cannot “advise” on specific situations or coverage details.
Liability
We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (cruise lines, transfers, hotels, etc.) We are not liable for their acts or omissions. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property.
Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with your travel booking. Your information is solely used for this purpose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the Missouri courts.
